Mot facilita el pago de los aparcamientos regulados de superficie con limitación horaria a los municipios adheridos a través de una sola aplicación móvil. Ya no hace falta buscar el parquímetro más cercano para realizar el pago, porque a través de la app Mot puedes gestionarlo fácilmente. Además, Mot ofrece otras utilidades relacionadas con la movilidad urbana como la recarga de vehículos eléctricos o el pago del estacionamiento en parkings públicos en aquellos municipios que disponen de este servicio. La aplicación nació con el nombre Aparcar en 2016 en Reus. Actualmente, la Diputación de Tarragona gestiona la aplicación Mot a través del organismo autónomo BASE-Gestión de Ingresos.
