Acceptance

By using LaunchShots (the "Service") you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service. We may update these terms from time to time; continued use means you accept the changes.

What LaunchShots is

LaunchShots is a free, browser-based toolkit for creating App Store and Google Play marketing assets — screenshots, icons, feature graphics, and related text and files. The editor and tools run in your browser.

Your content is yours

You keep all rights to the images, text, and files you bring to or create with LaunchShots. We don't claim ownership of your work. Because the tools run locally in your browser, we don't receive or store your screenshots in the first place.

You're responsible for making sure you have the rights to any content you use (for example, that you own or are licensed to use the screenshots and logos you upload).

Acceptable use

Please don't use LaunchShots to:

• Break the law or infringe someone else's intellectual property or other rights.
• Create misleading, deceptive, or harmful materials.
• Attack, overload, reverse-engineer, or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure.
• Abuse the feedback board (spam, harassment, illegal or offensive content). We may remove any feedback at our discretion.

Free service, no guarantees

LaunchShots is provided free of charge and "as is", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We don't guarantee the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that exported files will meet every store's requirements at all times — always double-check assets against the latest App Store and Google Play guidelines before submitting.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, LaunchShots and its operator won't be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of (or inability to use) the Service. Since the Service is free, our total liability is limited accordingly.

Third-party services

The site uses third-party services such as Google Analytics and, on blog articles, Google AdSense. Your use of those is also subject to their terms and policies. See our Privacy Policy for details on data and cookies.

Changes and availability

We may add, change, or remove features, or discontinue the Service, at any time. We'll try to give notice of major changes where reasonable, but we're not obligated to.

Copyright and DMCA

We respect intellectual property rights. If you believe content on LaunchShots infringes your copyright, please send a written notice to sedat@okutan.org with:

• A description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
• The URL or location of the allegedly infringing material on our site.
• Your contact information (name, address, email, phone number).
• A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the copyright owner.
• A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf.
• Your physical or electronic signature.

We will review valid notices and remove or disable access to infringing material as appropriate.

Abuse reporting

If you encounter any content or behavior on LaunchShots that you believe violates these terms, is illegal, or is otherwise harmful, please report it to sedat@okutan.org. We take abuse reports seriously and will investigate promptly.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of İzmir, Turkey.
