Die Migräne-App bietet Informationen rund um Migräne und andere Kopfschmerzformen sowie Möglichkeiten zur persönlichen Dokumentation eigener Beobachtungen im Alltag. Die Anwendung wurde in Zusammenarbeit mit Experten der Schmerzklinik Kiel, dem bundesweiten Kopfschmerzbehandlungsnetz und der Techniker Krankenkasse entwickelt. Die App unterstützt Nutzerinnen und Nutzer dabei, ihre Kopfschmerzbeschwerden sowie mögliche Einflussfaktoren im Alltag übersichtlich festzuhalten. Eigene Aufzeichnungen zu Beschwerden, Lebensstil, Schlaf, Ernährung, Bewegung oder Stress können strukturiert dokumentiert werden. Dies kann helfen, persönliche Muster besser zu erkennen und Beobachtungen für Gespräche mit behandelnden Ärztinnen und Ärzten vorzubereiten.
