La Carpeta Ciudadana permite un acceso sencillo y rápido a diferentes tipos de información relacionada con los trámites de la Administración. La app Carpeta Ciudadana de la Junta de Andalucía pone al alcance de la ciudadanía su información administrativa aunando en un mismo espacio citas, carnets, certificados, notificaciones, registros y cualquier otra información de las personas fruto de su relación con la administración, en un entorno móvil, adaptado tanto a smartphones como a tablets.
