ทางรัฐ เป็นซูเปอร์แอปของภาครัฐที่พัฒนาขึ้นเพื่อเชื่อมโยงบริการจากหน่วยงานต่างๆ ให้ประชาชนสามารถติดต่อราชการผ่านช่องทางออนไลน์ได้ในแอปเดียว พัฒนาโดย สำนักงานพัฒนารัฐบาลดิจิทัล (องค์การมหาชน) หรือ DGA ซึ่งเป็นหน่วยงานรัฐที่มีหน้าที่ขับเคลื่อนการพัฒนารัฐบาลดิจิทัลของประเทศ ไทยโดยเฉพาะที่ได้รับมาตรฐานสากล ISO/IEC 27001 : 2022 ด้านระบบบริหารจัดการความมั่นคงปลอดภัยสารสนเทศทางไซเบอร์ (Information Security Management System) ประชาชนจึงมั่นใจได้ว่า แอปทางรัฐเป็นแอปของภาครัฐ 100% ที่น่าเชื่อถือ มีการรักษาความมั่นคงปลอดภัยของระบบและข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลตาม พ.ร.บ. คุ้มครองข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล พ.ศ. 2562 และกฎหมายอื่นที่เกี่ยวข้อง โดยผู้ใช้งานจะต้องมีการลงทะเบียน และพิสูจน์และยืนยันตัวตน (KYC) เช่นเดียวกับแอปฯ ของธนาคาร ทั้งการสแกนบัตรประจำตัวประชาชน และสแกนใบหน้า หลังจากนั้น ผู้ใช้งานจึงจะสามารถเข้าถึงข้อมูลและบริการต่างๆ ในแอปทางรัฐได้มากกว่า 150 บริการ และบริการอื่นๆ ในอนาคต เพื่ออำนวยความสะดวกแก่ประชาชนทุ…
