Follow 12 informative weekly NHS guides to help you towards maintaining a balanced diet, and use the daily diary to monitor what you’re eating and keep to a recommended calorie target. We’ll help you work out what a healthy weight is for you by using our in-app BMI calculator and help you set a healthy calorie target that’s right for you. Each weekly guide has actions, hints and tips for reaching your goal. To keep track of your progress you can log the food and calories you eat at each meal in the dairy, and you can record your weight each week to monitor your weight-loss. We’ll be with you every step of the way, helping you achieve real change, picking you up when you stumble and celebrating your successes.
