Plus Odkup is a diagnostic application for use by customers of Digital Care's partner Polkomtel. Our application offers simple and easy-to-use diagnostics that accurately assess condition of the device, offering a precise valuation. The app automatically recognizes the make and model of customer's device, runs a guided series of tests on all major features (calling function, Bluetooth, touch screen, face recognition, etc.) and offers the best trade-in value for the device. Once customer accepts the valuation and completes the order, device will be collected from the customer, verify it, and generate a voucher that can be used to purchase services or devices offered by Polkomtel.
