Với mục tiêu lấy người dân, doanh nghiệp làm trung tâm, ứng dụng cung cấp thông tin toàn diện, tạo kênh kết nối nhằm thu hẹp khoảng cách giữa chính quyền với người dân, doanh nghiệp.
