Tập đoàn Bưu chính Viễn Thông Việt Nam tự hào là đơn vị được cung cấp sản phẩm dịch vụ, hạ tầng CNTT và đồng hành cùng Bộ y tế. VNPT đã xây dựng ứng dụng BV Lạc Việt trên nền tảng App Mobile. BV Lạc Việt là ứng dụng phục vụ bệnh nhân để theo dõi thông tin khám chữa bệnh (cận lâm sàng, đơn thuốc, viện phí, y bạ…); đồng thời cho phép bệnh nhân đặt lịch khám và đặt lịch tư vấn trực tuyến tại bệnh viện tại bất kì thời điểm và địa điểm nào, qua đó tiết kiệm thời gian và chi phí cho người bệnh. Người bệnh có thể cập nhật tin tức về các loại bệnh phổ biến, các gói xét nghiệm, chăm sóc theo dõi sức khỏe thai sản/trẻ sơ sinh, lối sống khỏe...
