Cascava is the stencil design app that solves the one problem every maker dreads: floating islands. When you cut a stencil, enclosed shapes — the centre of an O, the counter of an A, the interior of a ring — lose their physical connection and fall away. Cascava detects every one of these islands automatically and computes the shortest possible bridges needed to hold them in place, so your stencil stays intact from the very first cut. Design stencils on a live grid canvas using geometric shapes, individual letters, or photos traced directly from your camera roll. Place stamps, adjust bridge width and layer count, and watch the connectivity solver respond in real time — island count, total bridge length in millimetres, and an integrity percentage that only reaches 100% when every floating piece is anchored.
