Je nachdem, für welches unserer Partnerunternehmen Sie die Identifizierung durchführen, können Sie sich entweder per Videochat, mit der Online-Ausweisfunktion des Personalausweises und des elektronischen Aufenthaltstitels oder vollautomatisch über die Erstellung von Aufnahmen Ihres Ausweisdokuments und Ihres Profils identifizieren. Mit Ihrer Online-Ausweisfunktion oder der automatisierten Prüfung Ihres Ausweisdokuments können Sie sich jederzeit schnell und sicher identifizieren. Bei allen weiteren Identifizierungsverfahren erfolgt die Prüfung Ihrer Daten durch Call-Center-Mitarbeiter der Deutschen Post AG.
