Medicallyは生活習慣病患者向けの予防医療プラットフォームです。糖尿病・ 高血圧症・脂質異常症・高尿酸血症などの生活習慣病患者を対象に、遠隔診療を行うインフラと遠隔生活指導を組み合わせた重症化予防プログラムを提供します。 具体的には、ICT（スマートフォン、タブレット等）と IoT（Apple Watch、Fitbit、等のウェアラブルデバイス）を用いて、早期の意識変容及び行動変容を促し、遠隔診療・遠隔生活指導を適切に行うことで重症化を予防します。 アプリを使うためにはアクティベーションコードが必要です。 Medicallyは、診療・食事アドバイスの参考のため、ヘルスケアアプリと連携します。
