La APP CFEcontigo está diseñada para: facilitar el pago de tus servicios mediante tarjetas bancarias de crédito y débito; solicitar cargo recurrente para pagar tu servicio; pagar con puntos BBVA; consultar tu saldo y descargar tu último recibo; ubicar los 10 Centros de Atención a Clientes más cercanos; reportar fallas de suministro de energía en tu servicio; activar tu recibo electrónico (paperless); calcular tus consumos posteriores de forma simulada y recordatorios de pago. Para obtener la dirección precisa de los Centros de Atención a Clientes más cercanos debes activar tu ubicación y para recibir los recordatorios de pago tendrás que activar los mensajes push de la aplicación.
