A Buser acredita na força da união. União entre pessoas com objetivos em comum. União de pequenos para competir juntos contra os grandes. União de pessoas com famílias e amigos após cada viagem. Na Buser, viajantes podem encontrar pessoas interessadas em fazer uma mesma viagem numa mesma data. E juntas, elas poderão fretar um ônibus executivo para levá-las. Ao invés de comprar passagens individuais na rodoviária, a força da união possibilita que os viajantes fretem um ônibus inteiro, se beneficiando da economia, e pagando até metade do preço das passagens tradicionais.
