BMA Q “บริการทันใจ นัดหมายทันเวลา” จองคิวล่วงหน้า ทางแอปพลิเคชันบนมือถือ แบ่งการทำงานเป็น 2 เมนู ได้แก่ 1. ตรวจสอบจำนวนผู้ใช้บริการ : สามารถดูจำนวนคิวรอ แบบ Real Time โดยแสดงผลเรียงลำดับจากจุดให้บริการที่อยู่ใกล้ที่สุด เพื่อวางแผนการติดต่อราชการได้ และมีระบบแผนที่แสดงจุดที่ตั้งของทุกจุดบริการ 2. นัดล่วงหน้า : ประชาชนสามารถจองคิวล่วงหน้าได้ ที่สำนักงานเขต 50 เขต และจุดบริการด่วนมหานคร 12 จุด โดยเลือก สถานที่ วันที่ และช่วงเวลา (จำกัดจำนวนโควต้าในแต่ละช่วงเวลา) ที่สะดวก โดยจะได้รับการจองเป็น QR-Code และนำมาสแกนเพื่อรับ บัตรคิวทางแอปพลิเคชัน “BMA Q” ที่จุดให้บริการ เพื่อรับคิวแบบนัดหมาย ได้บริการสะดวก และรวดเร็ว
