Hiperkitap’tan yararlanmak isteyen kişiler bağlı bulundukları kurumların kütüphane, eğitim departmanı veya eğitim ve yayınlar bölümü ile iletişime geçip Hiperkitap’a abonelik talep edebilmekte ve kurum bizimle iletişime geçmektedir.
