De KOVnet Ouderapp biedt uw kinderopvang het volgende aan; In het schriftje schrijven de leidsters regelmatig berichtjes over de dag van uw kind en kunt u zelf ook een reactie achterlaten. Sommige opvanglocaties maken ook leuke foto’s die u hier kunt bekijken en natuurlijk kunt downloaden. Mocht uw opvanglocatie gebruik maken van het schriftje dan heeft u de mogelijkheid om het schriftje te downloaden. Via de app kunt u een wijziging aanvragen als u een dag wilt ruilen of een extra dag of een vrije dag wilt aanvragen. Zodra uw verzoek is behandeld ontvangt u de reactie direct in de app. Is uw kindje ziek, of komt er iet anders tussen waardoor u uw kindje niet naar de opvang kunt brengen, dan kunt u uw kindje heel eenvoudig afmelden.
