URG Móvil es una aplicación que te permite de forma simple y ágil, solicitar el servicio de médicos a domicilio a través de un botón de llamada rápida, sin necesidad de recordar un número telefónico. Podrás saber con anticipación quién es el profesional que va a visitarte, el horario de llegada a tu domicilio y recibir recomendaciones médicas para que puedas realizar durante la espera, para tratar y controlar los síntomas. También vas a poder realizar una vídeo consulta médica en patologías predeterminadas que puedan resolverse por este tipo de servicio. A su vez, te permitirá evaluar de manera simple y dinámica la atención recibida para mejorar la calidad del servicio.
