Simplimmat est l’application officielle de l’Etat pour simplifier les démarches administratives des particuliers qui revendent ou rachètent un véhicule d’occasion. Le vendeur et l’acheteur réalisent ensemble la déclaration de cession, la procédure est totalement sécurisée et dématérialisée (il n’est pas nécessaire de remplir un CERFA papier). L’acheteur peut commander sa nouvelle carte grise dans la foulée et obtenir immédiatement son certificat provisoire d’immatriculation. L'application prend en charge uniquement les véhicules immatriculés au nouveau format (AA-123-AA) et les véhicules de type VP, TM, QM, CL, CYCL, CTTE, MTL, MTT1 ou MTT2. Il s’agit des Voitures particulières, Tricycles et Quadricycles, Cyclomoteurs à deux ou trois roues ainsi que des Motocyclettes. Le type de véhicule figure au champ J.1 visible au verso de votre carte grise (ex : J.1 VP pour véhicule particulier)…
