La aplicación móvil permitirá al ciudadano a través de mecanismos seguros de identificación, enlazar su celular para descargar una copia digital de las Licencias Digitales vigentes, que tenga registradas ante la Secretaria y enlazados al modelo digital. La aplicación le permitirá al portador mostrar desde la pantalla de su celular la representación digital de la licencia federal de acuerdo al formato y características de la licencia de la que es portador. Adicional y como mecanismo de seguridad la aplicación generará un código QR único y personal con los datos encriptados de la licencia, el cual podrá ser leído por un tercero.
