Fantasurvivor è un fantasy game che consiste nel "sopravvivere" il più a lungo possibile. Scelta una competizione sportiva, ad esempio la Serie A italiana, ogni giocatore sceglie una squadra prima dell'inizio di ogni giornata. Se la squadra scelta risulterà vincente il giocatore sopravvive altrimenti viene eliminato. Tutti i giocatori sopravvissuti continueranno a giocare e selezionare squadre senza mai ripetersi: se ad esempio un giocatore ha selezionato la Roma per la 7° giornata ed è sopravvissuto, non potrà più selezionarla nei turni successivi.
