MyDHR is an online patient portal giving you access to your health information. If you are a current patient of ACT Health, you can request a MyDHR account. Some of the features and functions available to you through your MyDHR account include: Pre-arrival tasks - Complete the pre-arrival tasks from home to save time when you arrive at the clinic. Health and Visit Summaries - View, download, or send a copy of specific visit summaries from your health record. Questionnaires – Fill in questionnaires prior to your visit.
