Mitt Karlstad är Karlstads kommuns officiella app. Med hjälp av den kan du nå kommunen på det sätt som passar dig bäst för att ställa frågor, lämna synpunkter och göra felanmälan. Du kan ringa, skicka meddelande, eller skriva till oss på Facebook och Twitter. Du hittar också information om olika kommunala tjänster, och kan få viktiga meddelande från kommunen direkt till din telefon. Om du skickar meddelande kan du bifoga bilder och markera platser på kartan för att vi ska kunna ge dig bästa möjliga hjälp. Vi svarar inom två arbetsdagar när du kontaktar oss via mejl, sociala medier och meddelanden. Många frågor kan våra kommunvägledare i Kontaktcenter svara på direkt, men annars hjälper de dig att få kontakt med rätt handläggare i kommunen. Mitt Karlstad är framtagen av Karlstads kommun.
