Heb je deze codes nog niet van jouw kraamzorgaanbieder ontvangen of heb je deze niet meer in je bezit, neem dan svp even contact op met jouw kraamzorgorganisatie of ZZP kraamverzorgende. Zij zullen je deze code dan (opnieuw) toesturen.
