De Mijn Star-shl app is de mobiele versie van het patiënten portaal Mijn Star-shl. Wanneer u door uw arts verwezen bent naar Star-shl, kunt u met uw DigiD inloggen in de app en eenvoudig een afspraak voor het onderzoek inplannen. Ook kunt u hier uw geplande afspraken en meer informatie over Star-shl terug vinden. Mijn Star-shl bestaat uit de volgende onderdelen: Activiteitenscherm Onder het kopje ‘activiteiten’ kunt u een afspraak inplannen voor het onderzoek dat door uw arts is aangevraagd. U krijgt instructies zodat u goed voorbereid naar het onderzoek komt. Dossier Onder het kopje ‘dossier’ ziet u de bij ons geregistreerde persoonsgegevens en een overzicht van uw afspraken. Profiel Onder het kopje ‘profiel’ kunt u de instellingen voor de app aanpassen.
