CIB - One Stop Service เป็นช่วงเริ่มต้นของการเปิดให้บริการ ยังคงอยู่ระหว่างการทดสอบระบบ พัฒนา และปรับปรุงในส่วนต่าง ๆ ของ Application เพื่อให้สามารถใช้งานและให้บริการได้ดีที่สุด หากมีข้อบกพร่องหรือได้รับความไม่สะดวกประการใดจากการใช้งาน CIB ต้องขออภัยทุกท่านมา ณ โอกาสนี้ CIB – One Stop Service ของกองบัญชาการตำรวจสอบสวนกลาง เป็นการทำงานเชิงรุก เพิ่มประสิทธิภาพในการทำให้ประชาชนเข้าถึงการให้บริการของกองบัญชาการตำรวจสอบสวนกลางมากยิ่งขึ้น อีกทั้งลดความซ้ำซ้อนของขั้นตอนการใช้บริการ โดยให้อยู่ในรูปแบบที่เข้าถึงได้ผ่านระบบ Mobile Application ที่ได้รับความนิยมอย่างสูงในปัจจุบัน โดยที่ประชาชนยังสามารถทำการนัดหมายเพื่อแจ้งความผ่านระบบ Mobile Application (Web Based Application Interface) ที่เชื่อมต่อได้ในหน้าจอ Application เดียวกันตลอดจนการติดตามคดี และการส่งต่อข้อมูลเชิงรุกให้กับประชาชน การประชาสัมพันธ์ข้อมูล การแจ้งเตือนภัย มาตรการในการป้องกันอาชญากรรม การพูดคุยผ่านระบบอัตโนมัติ (Chat Bot) และการ…
