자이홈패스는 휴대폰을 소지하고 로비문에 다가가면 자동으로 문을 열어주는 앱입니다. ■ 주요 기능 - 로비문 열기 : 휴대폰을 소지하고 로비문에 다가가면 자동으로 문을 열어줍니다. - 엘리베이터 호출 : 로비문이 열림과 동시에 엘리베이터를 호출합니다.(해당 기능 지원 단지에 한함) - 주차장 비상콜 : 클릭하면 주차장 내 가장 가까운 비상벨이 울려 비상 상황을 알릴 수 있습니다. - 현재 주차위치 : 주차위치를 주차장 기둥 번호 기준으로 등록하고 조회합니다. ■ 참고사항 - 자이홈패스는 자이홈의 아이디와 비밀번호를 사용하여 로그인 하여야 합니다. - 자이홈패스을 이용하기 위해서는 iOS 16.6 이상의 환경에서 설치하여야 합니다. - 자이홈패스 이용 중 문제가 발생한 경우 고객센터 1670-1755(평일 09:00~17:30)로 문의해주세요. ■ 서비스 대상 단지 - 2024년 12월 입주단지부터 자이홈과 함께 사용 가능합니다.(일부 단지 제외). 그 외 단지의 경우, "자이패스” 앱을 “GS SPACE”앱과 함께 주세요.
