Desde ésta nueva aplicación, vas a poder acceder a la información de tu afiliación, ¡Facilitando tu atención y la de todo tu grupo familiar!. Una vez que te resgistres vas a poder consultar por la afiliación de todo tu grupo afiliatorio, familiares y apoderados, todo en un solo lugar de manera práctica y fácil. Consulta sobre el estado de tu plan, certificados, derivaciones y programas activos, además de acceder rápidamente a la cartilla de prestadores del Isntituto y si sos Jubilado/a o pensionado/a tenes acceso al sistema de recibos de haberes y tus carnets de beneficios. Ésta aplicación está destinada a todos los afiliados del Instituto de Seguridad Social y Seguros de la Provincia del Chubut - SEROS.
