Balto es una aplicación desarrollada para la Unidad Estatal de Protección Civil de Colima (UEPC), cuyo objetivo es mantener informada a la población sobre eventos de riesgo y condiciones relevantes del estado. La aplicación permite visualizar en tiempo real información clave como: - Sismos recientes registrados en la región. - Puntos de riesgo (inundaciones, derrumbes, incendios, etc.). - Estado actual del clima y variables meteorológicas. - Refugios temporales disponibles durante emergencias. - Boletines oficiales emitidos por la UEPC con comunicados y alertas. Balto busca fortalecer la comunicación entre la UEPC y la ciudadanía, ofreciendo datos actualizados, confiables y georreferenciados para mejorar la prevención, respuesta y seguridad en situaciones de emergencia
