SpannerDesk is the cleanest way for motorcycle and car repair workshops to log every vehicle that rolls through the shop. No account, no sign up, and no internet connection is required — open the app and start writing job cards in seconds. Every repair starts with a job card. Capture the customer's name and phone, the vehicle type, make, model, and plate number, the intake date, the customer's reported complaints, and an estimated delivery date. As work progresses, log every replaced part with its quantity and unit price, and add labor charges line by line. SpannerDesk auto-calculates parts totals, labor totals, and the grand total, so the final number is always one tap away. Active Jobs gives the floor a live view of everything currently in the shop.
