「名古屋市プレミアム付き電子商品券」はスマートフォンで電子商品券の申込・購入・利用ができるアプリです。 ＜申込・結果確認＞ アプリ内で申し込みが可能です。応募多数の場合は申込者全員が購入できるよう、名古屋市が抽選を行い購入口数を決定します。決定した購入口数は申し込み口数に満たない場合があります。決定した購入口数はアプリ内で確認いただけます。 ＜商品券の購入＞ 商品券の購入はアプリの案内から購入期間内に手続きを完了くだい。支払方法はクレジットカードやコンビニエンスストアなど複数の方法から選択できます。購入後はプレミアム分を加算した金額が、アプリ内の電子商品券残高に反映されます。 ＜店舗での利用＞ アプリ上で商品券を選択、取扱店の二次元コードを読み込み、支払金額を入力することで利用いただけます。 ＜注意事項＞ 本アプリにおける商品券の抽選は、名古屋市が独自に行うものであり、Apple Inc.及びApple Japan Inc.とは全く関係ありません。
