It is a reference tool for foragers. It is not a food safety test. Mushroom Checker is a subscription app. It opens with a 3-day free trial that covers up to 10 identifications, then USD 4.99 per week or USD 39.99 per year with no limit on identifications. There is no free tier beyond the trial. Identification needs a connection, because the photo is analysed on our servers.
