KungFuIronBodyPath is a training companion for people who are working through a kung fu grading syllabus rather than following a generic workout. You pick a lineage once — Shaolin, Wing Chun, Wushu or a general syllabus — and the app assembles a week of training around the sash you currently hold. Everything you complete reports back into a single requirement sheet, and that sheet is what decides when you are ready to test for the next grade. Here is what a week looks like inside the app. - The Path tab shows your current sash with a completion ring and the four to five training days built for it: forms and stance work, conditioning, an active recovery day, drilling, and a full review.
