Voor wie net wil beginnen. En ook voor wie al jaren rent. Hardlopen met Evy is de app voor wie eindelijk die eerste stap wil zetten. Met de meest persoonlijke motivatie die er is. Onze schema’s voor beginners wisselen hardlopen en wandelen slim af, zodat je veilig en stap voor stap opbouwt, de meest haalbare manier om resultaat te boeken zonder jezelf te forceren. Maar ook wie al jaren hardloopt, blijft hangen: de opgebouwde trainingsschema's en de begeleiding van Evy maken elke run eenvoudigweg een pakje beter. Al 20 jaar zijn wij dé hardloopreferentie van België en Nederland.
