Aplicación oficial del Gobierno de La Rioja para facilitar al ciudadano el acceso al historial clínico de Rioja Salud propio y de los beneficiarios. La aplicación ha sido desarrollada e impulsada desde la Dirección General de Nuevas Tecnologías de la Información y Comunicación (DGTIC) del Gobierno de La Rioja. La aplicación la puede usar cualquier ciudadano, pero para acceder a la funcionalidad completa es necesario disponer de tarjeta sanitaria válida para La Rioja y disponer de un certificado digital reconocido por el Gobierno de La Rioja.
