Mit Ihrer Online-Ausweisfunktion oder der automatisierten Prüfung Ihres Ausweisdokuments können Sie sich jederzeit schnell und sicher identifizieren. Bei allen weiteren Identifizierungsverfahren erfolgt die Prüfung Ihrer Daten durch Call-Center-Mitarbeiter der Deutschen Post AG.
