Gradient tips
- For app backgrounds, use analogous colors (close on the wheel) — they look smoother than two random colors.
- Add a 3rd stop in the middle to "bend" the transition — useful for sunset / dawn looks.
- For dark UI accents, blend a mid-saturated color into
#0a0a0a rather than pure black — pure black bands.
- Watch for color banding on Android by adding a tiny dither (Compose:
.background(brush, alpha = 1f) with a noise overlay).
- Conic gradients are great for app icons but bad for screen backgrounds — they always feel dizzy.
