Naturgy Clientes es la app con la que nuestros clientes gestionan de manera fácil todo lo relativo a sus contratos. La app también tiene contenido para los usuarios que no son clientes, como es el asesor de tarifa y el asesor de potencia, además de poder consultar el estado de su contratación. La app tiene un fácil acceso a las gestiones más utilizadas por nuestros clientes, como por ejemplo poder dar la lectura de gas, solicitar un cambio de potencia, cambiar datos bancarios, consultar el resumen de tus facturas, descargar las facturas en pdf o pagar online facturas que puedan tener pendientes, entre otras.
