De Ticketmatic app is de officiële wallet app voor zalen die met Ticketmatic werken. Na aankoop zijn je tickets meteen beschikbaar in de app. Je hoeft tickets niet te downloaden of af te drukken. Tickets in de Ticketmatic app zijn gegarandeerd geldig. Hierdoor is er geen risico op valse tickets. Bij aankoop van meerdere tickets kun je deze gemakkelijk doorsturen naar andere personen. De organisator kan informatie toevoegen aan je ticket, waardoor je ticket fungeert als een programmaboekje. Je blijft op de hoogte van relevante updates. Je kan zelf je persoonsgegevens bekijken en beheren. Ook je volledige orderhistoriek is beschikbaar.
