«Cuándo Pasa?» te permite conocer el tiempo de arribo de un colectivo a una parada determinada, cuáles son las paradas cercanas, y los recorridos de los colectivos. También te permite observar la posición de los colectivos, en tiempo real, en el mapa. Esta aplicación sólo funciona en las localidades de Santa Fe, Santo Tomé, Sauce Viejo y Rincón. Esta app es desarrollada y mantenida por voluntarios de la comunidad.
