Noorderportal is de eigentijdse digitale studie- en werkplek van Regionaal Opleidingscentrum Noorderpoort. Je vindt hierin allerlei tools en informatie die het studeren en werken bij Noorderpoort vergemakkelijken. Wat we belangrijk vinden?
