SIPGAR Ku merupakan aplikasi pencatatan pemeriksaan kondisi fisik seseorang yang dilakukan dalam kurun waktu tertentu menggunakan metoda Rockport. Rockport adalah salah satu metode pengukuran kebugaran jasmani dengan menghitung waktu tempuh seseorang saat menempuh lintasan 1600 meter. Rockport merupakan pengukuran Kebugaran Jantung paru yang merupakan salah satu komponen terbesar yang mempengaruhi kebugaran seseorang. Bugar adalah status kesehatan jasmani yang bisa diperoleh seseorang bain sakit maupun sehat. Dengan kondisi bugar seseorang bisa menajdi lebih produktif. Untuk mendapatkan kebugaran fisik, sehingga mampu mendorong seseorang menjadi sehat jiwa dan raga Sipgar ku menggunakan HealthKit untuk membaca langkah pada saat aktivitas tracking, data tersebut berguna untuk memantau data langkah pengguna selama sesi aktivitas tracking.
