La aplicación de la Feria Universitaria del Libro número 39 de la Universidad Autónoma del Estado de Hidalgo (UAEH), en esta edición el país invitado es Filipinas. Es una aplicación que tiene el objetivo de dar a conocer los programas de la FUL, las exposiciones, así como las distintas editoriales que van a estar presentes haciendo venta de sus artículos. Cuenta con una página de información para entender mejor de qué trata el evento, así como también tiene una página de ubicación para la fácil localización del espacio donde se realiza el evento y una página de las redes sociales del mismo.
