한국전력공사(KEPCO)는 모바일 환경에서 한전의 서비스를 쉽고 편리하게 이용할 수 있도록 ‘한전ON’이라는 이름으로 어플리케이션을 오픈합니다. 제공 서비스는 전기요금 조회·납부, 전기요금 계산, 청구서 변경, 복지할인 신청, 고객상담, 전기고장·위험설비 신고 등 전기사용 관련 정보조회 및 신청이 가능하며 챗봇 또는 1:1상담을 통한 문의도 가능합니다. 앱 사용 관련 불편사항이나 개선의견이 있으신 경우 ‘개발자 연락처’의 웹사이트(한전ON 시스템 문의 게시판)로 접속하셔서 상세내용 남겨 주시면 더 나은 서비스로 보답하도록 하겠습니다.
