Die offizielle App der Stadt Bielefeld bietet umfangreiche Funktionalitäten und ermöglicht die komfortable Nutzung diverser Webanwendungen. Nutzern wird ein Schnellzugriff auf fünf Schwerpunkte der städtischen Homepage geboten: News, Pressemeldungen, Parkplätze, Bürgerservice und der Online-Abfallkalender. Hinzu kommen als eigenständige Features die Rubriken „Oft nachgefragt“, die die Rangliste der Suchanfragen auf bielefeld.de berücksichtigt, und ein Mängelmelder, der mobile Schadens- und Störungsmeldungen mit Foto-Upload und GPS-Standortdaten ermöglicht. Eigentliches Kernstück der App aber ist der Bereich Bürgerservice. Grundgedanke war, die Servicequalität in Bezug auf das Nachfrageverhalten der Bürger für die mobile Onlinenutzung zu optimieren.
