Marlinda Mobile Apps dibuat dengan tujuan untuk memberikan rasa aman dan perlindungan nyata bagi Warga Negara Indonesia (WNI) yang berada di luar negeri, khususnya ketika menghadapi situasi genting seperti kecelakaan, pencurian, kekerasan, atau keadaan darurat lainnya. Melalui fitur Panic Button, rekaman otomatis, dan koneksi langsung dengan KBRI, Marlinda hadir sebagai jembatan digital antara WNI dan pihak perwakilan Indonesia di luar negeri, agar bantuan dapat diberikan dengan cepat, tepat, dan terkoordinasi. Aplikasi ini dirancang bukan hanya sebagai alat bantu, tetapi juga sebagai bentuk nyata kepedulian negara terhadap keselamatan warganya di manapun mereka berada.
