LoopMe är ett kommunikations- och måluppföljningsverktyg som används i syfte att öka kvaliteten i individers utvecklingsprocesser samtidigt som det syftar till att effektivisera ledarens/lärarens arbete med att leda flera individer samtidigt. Systemet bygger på principer för sociala medier men är ett internt system optimerat för lärande. Med hjälp av LoopMe kan läraren och ledaren öka delaktigheten samt leda och följa varje individ mot uppsatta mål på ett djupare plan. Kommunikationen styrs utifrån ett lärandeperspektiv, är hierarkisk och kan delvis ske anonymt, vilket värnar om integritet, ärlig feedback och att mottagaren inte översköljs med information. LoopMe fungerar därmed som en accelerator för skolor/organisationer i deras systematiska kvalitetsarbete med att uppnå ständiga förbättringar.
