App name (30) 0 / 30
Apple counts every character. Emojis are not allowed. Words here are already indexed — don't repeat them in the keyword field.
Subtitle (30) 0 / 30
Like the name, every word is indexed for ranking. Use distinct keywords.
Keyword field (100) 0 / 100
Comma-separated, no spaces (spaces waste characters). Plurals are auto-indexed; don't include them twice.
Description (4000) 0 / 4000
Description doesn't directly affect Apple's ranking — but it does for Play Store. Front-load keywords in the first 252 characters (the "short description" Google shows).

Why duplicates hurt
Apple indexes the name, subtitle and keyword field separately, but once a word is indexed it doesn't help to repeat it in another field — you're wasting a slot.
Apple already indexes plurals automatically (task / tasks). Same with stemming (plan / planner). Don't add both.
You can drop your category name from keywords (Apple adds it automatically) and "app" (it's filtered out).
Stop words ("the", "and", "for"…) take space but don't add ranking signal.
Use commas, not spaces, in the keyword field. Spaces eat characters you can't afford.
