It connects users to a national network of emergency and security personnel who can assist in the event of any emergency, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week — direct to your location. In addition to emergency response, the iER App now includes a dedicated Infrastructure Reporting tool, giving users a quick and simple way to report service delivery and safety issues in their communities. Every report is logged and directed to the relevant municipal department, helping ensure problems receive attention as quickly as possible.
