Con l’app puoi prenotare le sole prestazioni prescritte su ricetta elettronica. Le ricette scritte a mano o le ricette rosse senza codice a barre posizionato centralmente si possono prenotare chiamando il Contact Center al numero verde gratuito da rete fissa e al numero 02 999 599 da rete mobile (a pagamento al costo previsto dal proprio piano tariffario). Il Contact Center è attivo dal lunedì al sabato dalle 8.00 alle 20.00, esclusi i festivi. L’app ti permette di prenotare in modo diretto nelle strutture sanitarie integrate real-time con la Rete Regionale di prenotazione.
